This Term will kick off with our traditional Welcome Meeting. You’ll be able to meet and greet the new Committee and get to know the directors and producers of upcoming shows.
Come along an find out what we have in store – Theatre Trips, Workshops, Volunteering Programmes, and, of course, Plays!
The Committee will be happy to answer any and all questions, just come up to us and ask after the meeting! This will take place on Monday 5th of October at 5pm.
Due to the huge demand we usually have, we have chosen to use a larger venue to host the welcome meeting – the massive Christopher Ingold Lecture Theatre in the Chemistry Building. This is just off Gordon st, opposite the Bloomsbury Building. For those who are very unsure, we will have someone waiting outside the Union at 4:45pm who will lead you about 100m down the road to the Meeting.
After the meeting, we will guide you straight to Foster Court, where we will be holding auditions for The Freshers’ Plays (Freshers ONLY please), and Doctor Faustus (open to everyone). Don’t forget your UCL ID Cards as we will need to check them before you audition!
If you don’t have time to come to auditions after the meeting, don’t worry, you’ll have plenty of other chances to audition: just find out where and when on our Auditions Page!
And once you have finished your audition, why not come join us in the Union (on the 3rd Floor Bar) for a drink – 99’s (99p selected drinks) will be running until 9pm!
